The bones and horns are then cleaned with detergents and chemicals and scraped and buffed to remove all bone particles and impurities. To make bone and horn products, we cut them into desired shaped and sizes. They are completely dried and sandpapered before being carved, jigged or dyed. The same drying and cleaning process is adopted for making horn ware. The horn is molded into desired shapes. Then comes the final step of buffing and polishing. The bone and horn handicraft is designed by our designers and the final shape of the product is given by our artisans.
